Vision
To position North Dakota as the destination for global talent, driving economic growth and community vitality through forward-thinking strategies.
Mission

Featured Update
USCIS recently announced changes that may affect how some people apply for permanent residency (“green cards”) while already in the United States. In some cases, applicants may now need to complete part of the process through a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad.
GTO is monitoring the situation and reviewing possible impacts for North Dakota employers and international worker communities. Updates and resources will be shared as more information becomes available.
Note: This is a developing issue. Please consult your legal counsel for any case-specific guidance.
