Fidel has worked with destinations around the world, bringing a thoughtful, practical approach to tourism development that blends industry expertise with a global perspective. 

When she’s not diving into dashboards or collaborating with destinations, Fidel is a budding plant lover, spending her free time trying to acquire a green thumb, one houseplant at a time.
