GTO doesn't duplicate the direct services you already provide. We connect your work to statewide strategy, pool resources across the partner network, and open doors your organization may not have alone.

Grant Funding for Your Programs

Apply for grants through the GTO Grant Program (Tracks A–D), designed specifically for workforce integration and community readiness projects.

Any North Dakota organization whose work supports newcomer integration — nonprofits, faith-based groups, educational institutions, workforce development agencies, and community-based organizations of all sizes. If you're unsure whether your work fits, reach out.

No. There's no fee to partner with GTO. Some programs (like grant funding) are competitive, and coalition participation involves time commitment, but there's no financial cost to your organization.

Yes. Small organizations are often the closest to the communities GTO serves, and partnership is designed to work for organizations of all sizes. Grants and shared tools exist specifically to help small orgs stretch their capacity.

It depends on how you engage. A one-time grant application takes a few hours. Active coalition participation typically involves periodic meetings. We design partnerships around what your capacity allows — not the other way around.
