The earliest years of a child's life are the most formative, and the educators who guide them through those years need support, too.

Professional Corps members are placed in early childhood education settings across North Dakota, working alongside teachers and caregivers to strengthen the quality of care and learning for our youngest community members. Whether you're supporting classroom instruction, or simply being a steady, caring presence, your service here starts at the very beginning, where it matters most.

If you're drawn to early childhood, education, or simply want to invest in the foundation that shapes everything else, Professional Corps might be exactly where you belong.

What to expect:

  • Serve in early childhood or school-based settings in southeastern North Dakota
  • Support educators and young children in their daily learning environment
  • Receive training and ongoing coaching throughout your service term
  • Earn a living allowance and an education award upon completion
