The North Dakota Department of Commerce has opened the application portal for the Global Talent Office Grant Program. This initiative supports employers and communities across North Dakota in recruiting, retaining and integrating New Americans and legal immigrants into the state’s workforce and communities.

The program offers grants to eligible businesses and community-based organizations to advance workforce and community integration efforts. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with funds available until June 30, 2027.

“This program is about building stronger, more inclusive communities and workplaces,” said Commerce Deputy Commissioner and Workforce Director Katie Ralston Howe. “By investing in strategies that support legal immigrant integration, we’re helping North Dakota employers meet workforce needs while creating a sense of belonging for New Americans.”
