Funded by a grant from the US Department of Energy, the State of North Dakota has established an Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund (EERFL).

Approximately $4.4 million is available for energy efficiency upgrades of existing commercial and multifamily buildings.

Funding may be used for retrofit/upgrades which are recommended in an energy audit where expected lifetime savings are greater than the cost of the project financed to improve the physical comfort, energy efficiency or air quality of a building.

Lake Agassiz Development Group has been contracted to manage this fund.
