Smithsonian Food Exhibit Coming to ND

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota is among 10 states that will host a Smithsonian Institution traveling exhibit on food.
The North Dakota Humanities Council is sponsoring the "Key Ingredients: America by Food" exhibit.
Current scheduled stops are in Cavalier, Watford City, Valley City, Williston, Hettinger and New Rockford, starting in Cavalier in late October and ending in New Rockford in late summer 2012.
The exhibit takes a look at what Americans eat, how they get their food and how they prepare it.
