NOTICE: The North Dakota Workforce Development Council is providing the general public with an opportunity to comment on a proposed one-year extension to Modification Three of the State of North Dakota Strategic Five-Year State Plan for Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and Wagner-Peyser Act. A one-year extension to the Workforce Investment Act Title I Level of Performance is also being requested for the adult, youth, and dislocated worker programs. The extension covers the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
